Salary Grade: SG 15 + 20% Premium
Status: Contract of Service (February – March 2026, subject to renewal based on performance)
 
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least one (1) year experience working with data
• Knowledgeable in Google Sheets and Google Workspace
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent ability to meet timelines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Interest in Philippine education development priorities and sector policy issues
• Knowledge in R, Python, SQL, and/or Data Collection Software (e.g., CSPro) is an advantage but not required
 
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend relevant trainings and orientations set by CHED OPRKM
Disseminate information and respond to feedback from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) or refer concerns to the Central Office
Monitor and follow up HEI submissions for annual and other data collection activities
Provide weekly retrieval rate reports during data collection periods
Validate submitted data, clarify discrepancies with HEIs, and provide reports when necessary
Ensure protection and confidentiality of collected personal data
Report data breaches to the Regional Compliance Officer within the prescribed period
Assist in organizing cluster orientations
Participate in the development and updating of questionnaires
Document areas for questionnaire improvement
Coordinate with the Central Office for distribution of questionnaires to schools with low connectivity
Process data using statistical methods to support decision-making
Perform other related tasks to ensure accurate, timely, and secure data collection

Status: Contract of Service (February – December  31, 2026, subject to renewal based on performance)
 
Qualifications:
1.  Bachelors Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration,  or other related fields;
2.  Preferably with experience in  HEI administration, accreditation, and program management;
3.  Knowledge of CHED policies, ETEEAP guidelines is an advantage;   
4.  Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills;
5.  proficient in basic office application and database management;
6.  Ability to work  independently  and as a part of CHED Team.
B.  GENERAL FUNCTION 
To provide technical, administrative,  advocacy and information campaigns and programmatic support in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of ETEEAP in accordance to CMO No. 29, s. 2021 “Revised Guidelines for the Implementation  of ETEEAP  which outlines the Policies, Standards and  Procedures governing ETEEAP operations in Higher Education Institutions.”
C.  SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
      The staff shall perform but not limited to the following functions:
1.  Assist in the implementation and day to day operations of the ETEEAP program;
2.  Provide support in the processing, evaluation and documentation of ETEEAP
                 applications submitted  by HEI applicants;
3.  Maintain and update databases, records and files related to ETEEAP applicants, 
                  assessors and accreditation outcomes;
4.  Coordinate with HEIs, ETEEAP focal persons, assessors and other stakeholder   regarding 
                    program requirements, schedules and compliance;
5.  Assists in the preparation of reports, briefs, memoranda and other official documents 
                related to ETEEAP implementation;
6.  Support the conduct of ETEEAP related  meetings, orientations, workshops
                  and monitoring visits. 
7.  Monitor compliance of participating HEIs with ETEEAP policies, guidelines and\
                 quality Assurance requirements;
8.  Assist in data gathering, consolidation and analysis for program monitoring,
                 evaluation and policy review;
9.  Provide administrative support such as scheduling , correspondence and
                 documentation of program activities;
10. perform other related task that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor in
                  support to ETEEAP and  other CHEDRO CAR programs

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with Work Experience Sheet and recent passport-sized or unfiltered digital picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025); digitally signed or electronically signed;
3. Photocopy  of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
4. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/ PRC rating & updated license, if applicable;
5. Photocopy  of Transcript of Records;
6. Photocopy  of Certificate of Employment, Contract of Service, or duly signed Service Record, whichever is/are applicable; and
7. Photocopy of Certificate training/s, if applicable.
