The Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region (CHED-CAR), in partnership with Saint Louis University (SLU), successfully conducted the Kabadang ACHIEVE 2025 Research Publication Mentoring Program on November 19, 20, and 21, 2025 at the Fr. Theophile Verbist, CICM Hall, Saint Louis University, Baguio City.
Anchored on the official theme “Maximizing Research Publication and Intellectual Property Capacity for Cordillera HEIs: Strategic Engagement with AI and Innovation,” this year’s edition gathered 150 participants from various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across the Cordillera. Kabadang ACHIEVE 2025 provided an intensive three-day training designed to elevate the region’s research productivity, strengthen intellectual property (IP) capacity, and introduce practical and ethical engagement with AI for research innovation.
The Kabadang Research Publication Mentoring Program continues its mission of empowering Cordillera HEIs to improve research output, pursue reputable global publications, and cultivate a strong culture of inquiry and innovation in the region.

A Three-Day Masterclass on Excellence in Research
