Per Commission en Banc Resolution 316-2025 dated 15 April 2025, CHED through the Office of the Executive Director, informs the general public, CHED stakeholders, and all concerned government agencies that the CHED Electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (eCAV) Web Application System has now entered its full implementation phase.
With the full deployment of the eCAV system, all applications for issuance of CHED authentication, certification, and verification services must be submitted and processed through the eCAV web platform at https://ecav.ched.qov.ph.
This initiative aligns with the Commission’s digital transformation agenda to improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery. The system allows applicants to track their application status in real time, upload documents securely, and receive timely notifications through their registered accounts.
Please take note that each issued eCAV includes a unique QR code that enables real-time verification of its authenticity. By scanning the QR code using any device with a QR scanner, your office may confirm the validity, authenticity, and origin of the document. This verification service is provided to support partner agencies, employers, and other institutions in ensuring document integrity.
