Education : Bachelors degree relevant to the job
Training : 8 hours of relevant training
Work Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Description:
1. Formulates plans and policies relative to the evaluation of instruction in consonance with national development goals.
2. Supervises and coordinates research projects and evaluation activities in the region.
3. Initiates research projects in the region.
4. Prepares and/or evaluates research plans and designs of experiments to be conducted in the region.
5. Provides leadership in the effective use of research and evaluation techniques.
6. Supervises the development of evaluative criteria on the different aspects of the instructional program.
7. Acts as consultant and/or resource person in seminars, workshops and other in-service training activities on research and evaluation.
8. Evaluates reports on research projects and evaluation activities in the region.
9. Prepares bulletins, memoranda, brochures, and other types of educational literature on research and evaluation.
10. Conducts monitoring and evaluation of HEI programs.
Others:
*Preferably a graduate in health-related programs and a Master’s degree is an advantage;
*Possesses two years of relevant experience as an instructor of health-related subjects in Higher Education Institutions;
*Capable of conducting research and other similar activities
