On March 17, 2021, Dr. Danilo B. Bose, the OIC – Director IV of the Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region, turned over the key of responsibility as the head of the Regional Office to the newly appointed Director IV, Dr. Demetrio P. Anduyan Jr.
A short program was held to warmly welcome the arrival of the new Regional Director of CHED-CAR and to send-off Dr. Bose back to his former place of assignment, CHED Regional Office 1.
Dr. Bose presented the employees of the Regional Office to Dr. Anduyan Jr. In his last message to the Regional Office, Dr. Bose thanked the whole team for cooperating with him in accomplishing his targets for the past eight (8) months. He noted to Dr. Anduyan Jr. that he is proud to hand over the Regional Office to him in good condition.
Dr. Mariano D. Marchan Jr., Education Supervisor II, introduced the accomplishments and profile of the New Regional Director.
In his first message as the new Regional Director of CHED-CAR, Dr. Anduyan Jr. commended the accomplishments of Dr. Bose for the past 8 months of his leadership. He further stated that he is not afraid to lead the Regional Office for he is assured that the team he is about to lead has committed and dedicated employees. He also encouraged the Regional Office to help him with his endeavor and vision for the Cordillera Administrative Region.
“Let us elevate the quality of education our Cordilleran youth deserves,” Dr. Anduyan Jr. said. “Cordillera is known worldwide for its ingenuity and hard work. Together, let us work to elevate the quality of education and preserve the culture for our Cordilleran youth.”
Dr. Anduyan Jr. is the Director IV of CHED-CAR effective March 15, 2021. He had exemplified excellent leadership from being the former Provincial Director of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) of Region 2.
